Deer In The Headlight, 2024 oil on canvas 123 x 154 cmWhat fuels my practice is visits to museums, flea markets, antique shops—spaces alive with echoes of the past. Discarded objects, once cherished, sit awkwardly on crowded shelves, each a silent witness to lives once lived. They remind us of time’s passing while simultaneously offering a sense of continuity—a shared thread that binds past, present and future generations. My work aims to spark imagination, inviting the viewer to ponder the untold narratives locked within objects and places.
