'Cloudfall 3' is part of my Wild Rivers series inspired by the spectacular northern New South Wales high country. The work is informed by my sensual response to the gorge country in storm, its patterns and power as clouds melt into rock and become rushing water.  Combining painting and printmaking techniques, this unique state etching was created on 3 metal plates en plein air, printed in the studio together on one sheet of Hahnemühle etching paper, then hand finished.
